The Intrusive Thoughts

What makes people’s thoughts valuable? What makes people’s thoughts invaluable? It is only when people can speak the truth that it becomes a valuable thought. If there is ever a person you may know, and I am sure we all do know that person, that may embellish a situation more than expected, their thoughts are intrusive.

Intrusive thoughts are uninvited and unwanted ideas or thoughts. Intrusive thoughts may lead to complicated problems and turn those problems (s) into serious situations. Some common intrusive thoughts are doing violent or illegal things, thoughts that cause doubts, doing something embarrassing, and even sexual thoughts.

Growing up in a city entirely of crime, I came across a lot of people who had or still have intrusive thoughts, and later in life, their actions of criminal activity provided the truth of their well-being. How often have you wanted to say something to someone with uncouth behavior, but you know if they said something rude, it would bring you out of character?   This is an example of intrusive thoughts or that one gorgeous individual you know you want to see on a relationship level. Again, intrusive thoughts.

This is also called Cognitive Behavior Theory.  Cognitive Behavior Theory (CBT) is based on human emotions, behavior, body sensations, and thought processes. These elements may also cause another person’s emotions, thoughts, and behavior to act differently. Thoughts create feelings, Feelings create behavior, and Behavior creates thoughts.

This ties in with intrusive thoughts. So, when you ask questions about what makes an individual’s thought valuable or invaluable, it is simply a person’s behavior.
