The Heart of the Storm

Your heart is racing abnormally, you feel distraught, anxiety sets in, and you realize the situation is cataphoretic beyond repair. Some of us endure situations that are beyond our control, and the feelings we may receive are the elements described. Think back to when you were in a dire situation beyond your control. Some questions an individual may ask themselves are “Why me? or what did I do to deserve this treatment?”

Some people play the victims, but, in reality, they are predators or narcissists in professional terms. A narcissist can make people’s lives difficult without a care of complicating their own lives. This is when people are unfamiliar and unaware of the attributes and capabilities of a narcissist. When an individual is unfamiliar with another individual’s actions, questions start to formulate, such as “Why me? and what did I do to deserve this treatment?”

When you have asked yourself those questions during the time you are going through the storm, you must find the heart to press on and overcome narcissistic people. So, how do you overcome a narcissistic individual?

First, recognize the signs of a narcissist! Once you recognize the signs, you will know to stay clear of that individual. Secondly, realize your worth and know what you can accomplish without people entering your head. Once you have done this, your heart will be normal, the distraught feeling will leave, your anxiety will disappear, and you will realize that you can control certain situations. When you are in the heart of the storm, you are at the worst part of the storm, but always remember that after every storm, there is sunshine.
