Subject: Invitation to Participate in Doctoral Research Study on Adult Education Experiences
Dear Participant,
My name is Paul Samuel Young, and I am a doctoral candidate at Trident University International in the College of Education. I am conducting a research study titled “The Effects of Stress and Loneliness on Adult Education Participation Among Black American Men After the COVID-19 Pandemic.”
The purpose of this study is to explore how Black American men have experienced stress, loneliness, and motivation while participating in adult or continuing education programs since the pandemic.
Participation Details:
• One confidential interview (about 45–60 minutes)
• Conducted in person, by phone, or via Zoom
• Voluntary participation you may withdraw at any time
Administrator’s information for Education2Business, Instagram and LinkedIn will be provided to verify researchers’ ownership of website authenticity and recruitment legitimacy.
The administrator ( myself) will serve as proof of authorized access and oversight for participant outreach through social media platforms.
To participate, you must identify as a Black or African American man, be 25–55 years old and have taken part in an adult education or continuing education program after the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is will be conducting in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle Washington and surrounding area.
